Zoie Lamanna, a senior at Jefferson Forest High in Virginia, placed 30th in the 5-kilometer girls championship race in 18:40.3 at the Foot Locker Cross Country Championships at Balboa Park's Morley Field in San Diego, Calif. Lamanna was a part of the victorious South girls lineup that won for the third time in meet history, including the first since 2016.
